​Yurina HIRAO solo exhibition "Talking Flowers"

｜Artist statement｜

"This exhibition features works using metal as the main material, with plant motifs intertwined with words such as Zen and poetry.

The beautiful movements and expressions of plants were created by utilizing the unique texture and colors of metal.

In addition, the colors of the works are all colors produced by metal. I combine traditional coloring techniques passed down from ancient times with coloring techniques that I create myself.

This exhibition will be his first solo exhibition. I am deeply moved to be able to hold a solo exhibition in Hiroshima. We hope that you will come and take a look."
